A short, honest summary

Blossom is for mothers — so we treat your data the way we'd treat their trust. We collect the minimum we need to run the protocol, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it whenever you like.

What we collect

  • Account information: your email, optional name, and the stage you're in (trying, expecting, postpartum).
  • Protocol inputs: the daily check-ins, mood and gut notes, and preferences you choose to share so we can tune your protocol.
  • Device & usage data: basic technical logs (browser, anonymised IP, error reports) to keep Blossom secure and working.
  • Optional analytics: only if you opt in via the consent banner. We use privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics — no third-party ad tracking, ever.

How we use it

  • To deliver and personalise your gut–brain protocol.
  • To keep your account and our service safe.
  • To co-develop Blossom with you — only with explicit, separate consent.
  • To meet our legal and clinical-safety obligations.

What we never do

  • We never sell or rent your personal data.
  • We never share health data with advertisers or data brokers.
  • We never use your data to train third-party AI models.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@blossom.health. If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you also have the rights granted under GDPR, UK GDPR, and the CCPA/CPRA — including the right to lodge a complaint with your local authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access inside Blossom is scoped to the smallest team possible and audited regularly.

Children

Blossom is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
